January 20 to February 22 - An Illustrated Haiku Story (First Posted Feb.21, 2011)

Please Note:

The following Haiku story is written in what was once considered the traditional 5-7-5 pattern
with the initial (abbreviated) poem being the one exception.
I am still deciding which approach (the once traditional or the currently accepted) I find to be
most effective and worthwhile.

Or,
perhaps I'm simply now learning that the sentiment being conveyed
through Haiku poetry
should simply, and ultimately always, be conveyed
with the "correct number of words"
as well as
with the "correct words" -
with settling on the "right few" always being both
the challenge and the goal.

Whatever .............
enough thinking and talking for now ........
without further adieu here is:

"Jan 20 - Feb 22, An Illustrated Haiku Story"
